Your Moment Of Power Is Now!

Now Is The Time For Happiness

Most people seem to believe two things about happines:

  1. It’s something that results from external events and “stuff”.
  2. It’s something to be worked toward, rather than to be enjoyed in the now.

Both of these concepts are, in my opinion, seriously flawed. Happiness comes from within, and can be achieved in the immediate present regardless of what is going on around you, and regardless of how many toys you currently own.

Try this:

Force yourself to smile right now. Create the biggest, widest smile you can and hold it for three minutes while thinking about the things and people you love most in life.

If you honestly performed the exercise above you just felt happiness flow through not only your thoughts, but into your physical body. In fact studies have shown that patients doing the above exercise while looking at themselves in a mirror for 20 minutes each day have been able to stop taking prescription drugs for clinical depression!

Happiness is a choice, and it’s here for you right now! and choosing happiness is the absolute first step in your journey toward abundance.

Practice creating happiness at random intervals during your day, and work at holding onto the sensation for as long as you can. Master this and you’ll have access to an amazing power of creation that can literally transform your life.

    Keep smiling is one of the best feature of my life.
    Any sort of situation,doesn’t matter to me.
    SOMETIMES MY SMILE CREATES PROBLEMS FOR ME BUT STILL MOST OF THE TIMES IT ENCOURAGED ME TO LIVE LIFE BETTER WAY,THAT’S WHAT GOING ON.

    I totally agree with your comment about how powerful the act of practising smiling can be! It works every time!
    Indeed happiness is a choice and not a place or plateau one arrives at after achieving this or that.
    It is our choices that lead us to where we find ourselves now. I have devoted a chapter on the issue of choices in my latest work.

    i have been ok for the last 6mths but prior to that i have had a pretty crap life when it came to finaces, realationships, and constantly with negative thoughts… i have been working with law of attraction and still trying to figure out how to bring my happy feelings into a constant play… and work with manifesting my desires as you are to be in a happy mood… “feel” good, “Ask and ye shall recieve” and here it is an idea that “Feels”just right, always “SMILING” no matter what the situation, and i JUST heard on the news of a lady who lost her life on a plane that just crashed into a house… from canada.. and her friends paying respect with a somber smile, say “Out of something bad, something good has to come out of it” even if it takes time… how true is that!!!     THIS IS A GREAT FEELING. All who have made this possible im talking about The Secret the movie.

    I have been practicing the LOA since last 3 months I have focused more on baing happy & divert my mind from the things that makes me feel bad or sad.

    And infact this actually WORKS no matter in how bad situation you are and at that time if you think about feeling that makes you feel good - you will find solution to any problems that you are facing.

    Please also note that you should always use positive words like I am more than happy & should avoid saying I am not sad this means I am SAD.
