Believe Anything Is Possible

Exploring the concept of infinite potential is a very powerful way to release limiting beliefs. If you are trying to dream big but the little voice in your head keeps trying to reason with you as to why you’re thinking too big, you may need to use this exercise to expand past your personal limits.

Read stories about amazing things, like people who lived through cancer even when the doctors told them there was no hope. Many of these people hold to the belief that they were healed by right thinking and love.

Look for stories about lottery winners, rags to riches success, and love at first sight. These incredible tales of real human experience are not difficult to find, and they allow you to satisfy that analytical part of your mind that likes to doubt and scrutinize.

You’ll find when you take the pressure off of yourself and your immediate situation by just embracing the attitude that anything can happen, anything is possible, life is infinite potential, etc. you can release many of the limiting thoughts and feelings that hold you back.

Also look back in your life and find times when you excelled in spite of any odds. Use this as evidence that good things can and do happen for you.

Remember that our conscious ego minds have only a very tiny perspective on reality. There is so much incredible potential that we are unable to see through the lens of self that it’s insane to limit our future just because we don’t see how a certain thing can manifest for us.

“How” is not our job! This is for the flow of life to determine.

Allow the universal mind to come up with the nuts and bolts of how your dreams will come to you. When the time is right you will be inspired with the ideas and actions to get you where you need to be, and you’ll be shocked that you didn’t think of these ideas/actions before.

Absolutely anything can happen in this life. Accept this and do everything in your power to stay happy and excited about your potential and you’ll be showered with blessings and wonderful surprises.

How To Be Truly Free

This blog is about abundant living and manifestation/attraction. But these themes are just organized words.

These articles are really about being happy and having the life we want.

I talk a lot about focused intention, visualizing the ideal reality, channeling the subtle life force toward our goals, etc. But what’s even more important than all of this is cultivating the ability to just let go and be free from your desires.

It’s great to know exactly what we want in life. And it’s wonderful to learn to vibrate in alignment with these gifts.

But we should never let these exercises get in the way of living. Once we have done our part, focused our vibration and painted a clear and vivid picture of the life we desire, we need to get back to the joy of living the life we have right now.

This is paradoxical. It can be counterintuitive and it’s always the most difficult thing for people to grasp when they are learning to co-create their life.

But it’s vitally important to our happiness. And it’s the key to being able to consistently manifest the life we desire.

Life happens here in this moment. Right now is our gift of living and being free.

We can and should intend growth and change, but then we need to relax and enjoy the process as it unfolds. We can’t watch the clock and wonder “How come it’s not happening yet?” and if we do we only sabotage our efforts.

Know what you want. Feel it like it’s already here, visualize and affirm, and do everything you feel must be done to direct the essence of life toward the creation of your ideal vision.

And then smile and let go. Allow yourself to relax and be free from the need to change.

When you are held captive by the way you want things to be, you are unable to live in the present moment. And even if you believe things in the now are not as they should be, you have created the current results for a reason; perhaps to learn from the contrast what you prefer.

You and I may never fully know all the “whys” in life. It’s futile and tiring to live constantly demanding an answer.

The ultimate freedom lies in the balance between having joyful desires but being willing to accept even better blessings. Let go of the need for precise results and know the greatest good is working in your favor (as long as you broadcast vibrations of love and abundance) . Be free to live your life today without concern for what is coming tomorrow.

Releasing Limiting Thoughts And Beliefs

By now this topic is not new. Many writers and teachers are talking about the importance of releasing thought patterns (conscious and otherwise) and emotional processes that prevent us from experiencing optimal abundance.

Remember that abundance is a feeling, not a tally of your net worth or an inventory of what you own.

By this simple logic, if you have limiting beliefs or bad feelings regarding money, your own ability to get rich, the economy, and so forth you seriously erode your chances of creating abundant feelings. This is GREAT news for many people!

This means you can, with relative ease, find and let go of the energies that are keeping you from getting the abundance you crave into your life! There are a host of exercises to help you release negative thinking and toxic emotions, and to help you change your beliefs.

The above exercises represent applications that work on both the conscious and unconscious level. Many of these methods apply subtle transformation to change the actual vibration and energy patterns associated with negativity.

But you can and should also engage more traditional approaches like talk therapy, sitting with your negative beleifs until they simply fade out, questioning your bad beliefs to see if they hold up to a logical challenge, and simply reading positive content often to fill your mind with the right thoughts.

It doesn’t matter so much what you do, as long as you DO something to actively let go of the thoughts, feelings, and vibrations that are holding you back.
